Meet The Neighborly

Michelle Renteria, Creator, Realtor
Creator of The Neighborly and seasoned Realtor, Misha moved to Phoenix in 2003 from the Bay Area. A graduate from ASU’s WP Carey School of Business coupled with a background in financial planning and luxury retail management; Misha found her passion for relationship building, interior design and home renovations were well suited for a career in Real Estate.

Originally from the midwest, Colby has called the Phoenix Metro his home for over a decade. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he excelled in the local business community specializing in operations and account management. Having always known that home ownership is a time-tested gateway to personal wealth, he has personally invested in the Phoenix real-estate market and aims to help others do the same.


Sarah Watson, Realtor
With a passion for problem-solving and a knack for nurturing, Sarah is committed to helping clients find their perfect home. Licensed in 2015, Sarah has worked alongside builders, investors, and design build clients. Coupled with her experience in the real estate industry, Sarah also has a background in interiors and a passion for design. When Sarah and her husband are not remodeling her own 1950’s Ralph Haver home in North Central Phoenix, you’ll find them cheering on their daughter at sporting events, catching the latest movies, and creating cherished memories with friends and family.
Alexandra Smith, Digital Media Manager
Alexandra Smith is the Digital Media Manager for The Neighborly, cultivating visual direction and identity among various digital platforms and materials. Alexandra has a background in Sociology and visual arts that drives a passion for local communities and culture.
