Michelle Renteria, Creator, Realtor
Creator of The Neighborly and seasoned Realtor, Misha moved to Phoenix in 2003 from the Bay Area. A graduate from ASU’s WP Carey School of Business coupled with a background in financial planning and luxury retail management; Misha found her passion for relationship building, interior design and home renovations were well suited for a career in Real Estate.

With a passion for problem-solving and a knack for nurturing, Sarah is committed to helping clients find their perfect home. Licensed in 2015, Sarah has worked alongside builders, investors, and design build clients. Coupled with her experience in the real estate industry, Sarah also has a background in interiors and a passion for design. When Sarah and her husband are not remodeling her own 1950’s Ralph Haver home in North Central Phoenix, you’ll find them cheering on their daughter at sporting events, catching the latest movies, and creating cherished memories with friends and family.
Sierra Sanchez, Realtor
A proud Phoenix native and natural community builder, Sierra spent the past decade in digital marketing before boldly pursuing her true passion: creating authentic connections with clients. Since 2022, she has been an integral part of The Neighborly team, shaping visual identity and direction across various digital platforms and materials. Deeply rooted in the Valley, Sierra serves on the Xavier College Preparatory Alumnae Board, the Boys Hope Girls Hope Associate Board, and is the founder of Millennielle Golf Club. She is excited to build a lifelong career helping her clients find not just a house—but a home.
